NOTES
1 .Conversion of Agricultural structures into habitable residences or non-agricultural commercial uses shall be charged at the new construction rate.
2. Special Legal and/or engineering charges required and incurred by the Town as a result of the permit application and the determination of its final approval shall be reimbursed at cost by the permit applicant before the permit is issued.
3. The Minimum Charge for Any and all applications shall be $20.00.
4. In the event of a valuation dispute, the Town Assessor shall set the value based on accepted value assessment practice in effect at the time.
5. No permit is needed for normal maintenance and repair work when like materials are used and the structural members or plumbing and electric are not affected.
