Water District 6's well under way

Updated the Town Hall Fire Protection System by installing Twelve (12) new Smoke/Heat detectors at no additional cost to the Town

Placed a downloadable form for an Accessory Structure Building Permit

Placed downloadable information Sheets with Town Regulations for Pools, Fences and Standby Generators,

located on the "Main" page in the Menu Bar

under the Code Enforcement Officer

Reduced the cost for phone service to the Town Buildings while maintaining the same level of service

Due to the generosity of one of our citizens we have expanded to 3 bookcases at the Town Hall.

Children's books are on the bottom shelves of all 3 (we didn't have children's books here before).

The sign out sheet remains in the same location on the north wall.

Proposed Wind Energy Zoning Ordinance -Two joint meetings of the Planning, Zoning and Town Board

have revised the Proposed Document after careful consideration of Public input from has had two Public Hearings.

Completed water District 6 under budget

Placed a copy of the Town Policies and Procedures on line

Highway has started to repair/replace sidewalks in the Town

Stabilized the cost of maintenance of the Town Cemeteries. The Highway Department has

taken over mowing the properties

Started replacing the windows in the Town Hall with Energy efficient windows.

while maintaining budget allocations for the years 2008 and 2009.

Town Board of the Town of Kendall has adopted a policy regarding compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act

and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and that this policy and complaint forms

are available in he Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours
