In 2007 New York State passed a law permitting only 1 unlicensed/unregistered motor vehicle

to be stored, outside of a building, per land parcel. This supersedes the Town Of Kendall Ordinance

of permitting up to 2 vehicles per parcel.  Notice is hereby given that the annual survey

will be conducted of unlicensed/unregistered motor vehicles

in the Town of Kendall between March 30th and April 28^th, 2008.
