The planning Board is trying to offer our residents more definitive and definite guide lines for accessory structure sizes and setbacks from streets, lake shore or lake view property and private right-of ways. Again our role is to make recommendations to the Town Board for their review.
Planning Board meetings are always open to the public. If you have a project that requires Planning Board involvement, come and see us as early as possible, even before the application is started. This will allow us and the Code Enforcement Officer to guide you through the site review process.
